Our story

Founded in 1976, the IMMOBILIERE DES HAUTS FORTS agency established the very first rules for property re-sales in the resort, creating a new market in Avoriaz where existing promotors were only involved in the sales of their new properties.

With more than 40 years of experience in the sale and rental of apartments and chalets, our team has unrivalled expertise with regards to the market and its challenges.

The Immobilière des Hauts Forts is made up of a sales office and the ‘Central Locative’ rental office, also known as Avoriaz Holidays and Avoriaz Premium.

SALES OFFICE

Our sales office is located on the ground floor of the "Les Portes du Soleil" residence, in the centre of the resort.

Founded in 1976, the IMMOBILIERE DES HAUTS FORTS agency established the very first rules for property re-sales in the resort. Today, our agency has the largest portfolio of properties in resort, from studio apartments starting at 90 000€ to luxury individual chalets worth millions of euros.

THE CENTRALE LOCATIVE DE L'IMMOBILIÈRE DES HAUTS FORTS

The Centrale Locative was the first real estate agency in Avoriaz and has 300 apartments available to rent in many of the residences of the resort; from studios for 2 people to 6 room apartments for 8-10 people, and also 12 exclusives chalets for up to 16 people.

AVORIAZ PREMIUM

Avoriaz Premium was created in order to regroup our most outstanding chalets et apartments of Avoriaz, including luxurious amenities (pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna). This include our high standard services.

Open all year long, 7/7 during winter and summer seasons, our office is located near the entrance of the resort. We welcome our guests on Saturday until 10pm and resort staff are available 24h a day at welcome centre for emergencies.
